Right of withdrawal
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from when you or a third party appointed by you (i) received the product or (ii) received the last product in the event of the purchase of several products delivered separately with a single order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Italia Independent S.p.A., with registered office in Venaria Reale (TO), Via Emilia, 16, Italy, of your decision by going to the relevant webpage and entering the order number and the email you used to make the purchase. Alternatively, you can send an explicit declaration of your decision to Italia Independent to the email address email@example.com, using the attached withdrawal form.
Following your request, you will receive an email confirming the exercise of your right of withdrawal, containing the return code to insert in the package, and instructions for returning the product, to be sent within and no later than 14 days to:

If you have received the product, you are requested to return it to Italia Independent S.p.A. without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of your notification of withdrawal. This deadline is considered as being met if you return the goods before the end of the 14-day period. The risks and the direct costs of returning the goods, as well as the proof that you have done so, will be your responsibility. If you choose to exercise the right of withdrawal through the website, using the return service offered by the website, you will be advised of the shipping costs to return the goods before confirming your withdrawal request.
If you choose to withdraw, you will be refunded for the payments you have made, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from when Triboo Digital receives your decision to withdraw. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you request to be refunded by a different payment method. In this case, you will be responsible for any additional costs arising from the different payment method. The refund may be suspended until the goods have been received or until you demonstrate that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first. You are solely responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in any way other than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper operation of the products. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (for example with signs of wear, marks, scratches, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their parts and accessories (including the original labels and tags still attached to the product), and without the instructions/notes/manuals enclosed, the original packaging and the warranty certificate, where applicable, you will be responsible for the reduction in the value of the item and you will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the product. To this end, we suggest that you do not handle the product more than is strictly necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper operation and that you cover the original product packaging with further protective packaging to keep it intact and protect it also from any writing or labels during transport.
Returns due to defects or lack of conformity
If you have received a product that is defective and/or non-conforming, you must report the defects and/or lack of conformity within and no later than 2 (two) months after finding them, by sending the appropriate form correctly filled in to Customer Service at Italia Independent S.p.A., with registered office in Venaria Reale (TO), Via Emilia, 16, Italy, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, with the description of the defect and/or non-conformity found, and the related documentation as indicated in the returns form (at least 1 (one) photo of the Product, the order confirmation sent by Italia Independent and/or the fiscal receipt).
Following receipt of the form and the related documentation, Italia Independent will assess the defects and/or the lack of conformity reported by you through the Website owner’s support service and, after carrying out quality checks to verify the product’s effective non-conformity, will decide whether to authorise the return of the product by sending you a reply containing the “Return Code” via email to the address you provided when registering on the Website or placing your order. The authorisation to return the Products shall in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained subsequent to the return of the items. You must return the products for which Italia Independent has authorised the return, together with a copy of the return authorisation notification bearing the "Return Code", within 30 (thirty) days from the report of the defect or lack of conformity, to the address indicated above.
In the event of defects and/or lack of conformity, you will have the right to have the product returned to a state of conformity by Italia Independent, either through repair or replacement, or to alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.
If Italia Independent has undertaken to refund the price paid, the refund will be made, where possible, by the same payment method you used when purchasing the product, or by bank transfer. It will be your responsibility to provide Italia Independent, by email to the address email@example.com, with the bank details for the transfer and to ensure that Italia Independent is able to refund the amount due.
